The visitors struck first in the match, when in the 14th minute Ristoiu headed home from a right-wing cross. The equalizer came early in the second half: a long-range effort was parried into the middle by Stuparu, the ball fell to Noveli, who quickly set himself and with his left foot curled it into the top right corner.
Although a single point would have theoretically been enough for us, the match did not end in a draw. In the first minute of stoppage time, Noveli combined superbly on the left with Polgar, who, despite being on the pitch from the first minute, chased down a long ball to the byline. His cross found Kristóf Bekő at the far post, who rose perfectly to head home the winning goal – a masterful move by our youth side.
This victory brought us to 21 points in the standings, placing us second behind Cluj, who remain perfect with 24. We now hold a ten-point advantage over fifth place – the first spot outside the play-offs – and with only three rounds remaining, our play-off qualification is mathematically secured.
