U13 | U14 | Hușiban is kettős győzelem

Both of our teams collected all three points away at ACS Hușana in the 4th round of the championship for the oldest pre-academy age groups.

U14

In the first half, the game went entirely our way. The corner routines we had practiced proved effective on several occasions. In the 6th minute, Gagiu’s corner was flicked on by Deák and found Boga inside the box to open the scoring (0–1). Just minutes later, our central defender struck again, this time converting another Deák delivery from the left (0–2). In the 26th minute, Marucza was quick to react after a scramble in the box (0–3), and only two minutes later Albert latched onto Bâlbâe’s long kick and cleverly lobbed the home keeper (0–4). Our near-perfect first half was capped off by Gagiu with a fine shot from inside the penalty area (0–5). We restarted strongly after the break as well, with Deák unleashing a long-range strike into the far corner (0–6). However, our play then dropped in intensity, allowing the hosts to score three times in quick succession (3–6). To make matters harder, substitute Szabó Dávid was sent off after ten minutes on the pitch, but with a quick tactical reshuffle we managed to protect our lead until the final whistle.

U13

The younger side’s game was equally thrilling. The hosts went ahead in the 37th minute (1–0), but Bâlbâe leveled matters just before half-time with a calm finish (1–1). In the 54th minute, Hușana regained the lead (2–1), only for Albert to win and convert a penalty in the 76th minute (2–2). Extra time brought the decisive moments: in the 92nd minute, Toth arrived at the right time in front of goal to make it 2–3, and soon after Bâlbâe added another with a fine individual effort (2–4). In the 119th minute, Toth struck again to seal the win, completing a 2–5 triumph for our side.
