Our U16 team had no difficulties against the bottom-ranked side from Piatra Neamț, as Burus Bernát’s players scored seven times in the first half alone.

The visitors from Piatra Neamț arrived at the dressing room of Pitch 1 at the Burus Csaba Sports Park just before kick-off, but they never truly entered the game. After six rounds with 0 points and a -70 (!) goal difference – without scoring a single goal in the championship – they could hardly nurture much hope for their trip to Miercurea Ciuc, and within the first quarter of an hour they were already four goals down.

From our perspective, the match – difficult to evaluate in sporting terms – served as an opportunity to give playing minutes to those who had previously featured less. In the next round, Burus Bernát’s side will play away at Iași against Politehnica.
